Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the first paid subscription charge.
TenderWise offers a 7-day free trial on eligible Pro subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
Charges older than 7 calendar days are generally non-refundable. You may still cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
Email billing@tenderwise.co.za with the account email address used for your subscription and the reason for the request. We will review and respond as quickly as possible.
We may refuse or limit refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or clear evidence of substantial use after payment.
